THE LEVELUP SYSTEM

Elite athletes approach recovery and performance improvement as a process, not just a pit-stop when they’re in pain or encounter an obstacle. Athletes with the best results typically invest 4-6 months.

LEVEL 1: OVERCOME OBSTACLES & REBUILD

When athletic performance is affected due to chronic pain, recurring injuries or mobility issues, neuroperformance techniques can accelerate change and recovery. Initial sessions include assessments to understand how well your brain and body are communicating. I’ll assess coordination, balance, strength and visual skills to identify potential contributors to current blocks. (Yes, your vision could be limiting flexibility!) We’ll shape a plan to meet your goals, including a program of at-home exercises to start you on a path to feeling invincible.

Typically 5-6 weeks

LEVEL 2: BOOST YOUR BASELINE

Once we've identified and addressed the key barriers to performance, we'll shift focus to training the pillars of athletic excellence: vision, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems. Training will be tailored to your unique needs and your sport. We'll refine and advance your at-home program to improve flexibility, stability, speed and power while supporting daily recovery. With these tools, you’ll start to feel better during practice and competition and have effective recovery methods for managing daily aches and pains.

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions over 3 months

LEVEL 3: OPTIMIZE & THRIVE

This phase is designed to sustain and enhance your new levels of performance. Sessions shift from building a new foundation to refining and optimizing the gains you’ve achieved. You’ll learn more advanced performance tools (elite athletes never stop learning!) and can use sessions to help you recover from training, matches & meets so you feel your best when it matters the most.

Typically 2x/month during season or on-going
